Return and Refund Policy

At Diverse commodity Trading & Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.


1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Please contact us at sales@diversecommoditytrade.com before returning any item to obtain a Return Authorization.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Health and personal care items

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, typically within 7–14 business days.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@diversecommoditytrade.com.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@diversecommoditytrade.com for instructions.


6. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping address will be provided upon approval of your return request. Please do not send returns to our head office address.


7. International Returns

We operate distribution depots in Netherlands, France, and Portugal. Depending on your location, we may direct your return to the most suitable depot to minimize costs and processing time.
